Bob Green is an entrepreneurial executive manager with a
legal background, in trade facilitation and new business development, with both start-up
and turnaround success.
Conversant with a broad array of industries, Mr. Green works as a consultant with federal agency outsourcing venture teams. He is also the business development officer of an encryption and authentication technology firm concerned with implements of security. Mr. Green has directed and managed due diligence with professional service acquisitions, certified banking transactions for offshore companies, and presented application process and promotion seminars for Foreign Trade Zones. Mr. Green was formerly COO of an export and commercial documentation service which handled high volumes of banking and foreign entry transactions for U.S. exporters, importers, customs brokers and international freight forwarders. He also acted as liaison to all foreign consulates and federal regulatory agencies for many U.S. companies. Mr. Green is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and District of Columbia Bar. He is also a member of the Maritime Law Association of the U.S. (New York, NY) and the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy (Annapolis, MD). |
