Ms. Elizabeth Harr is a local entrepreneur with 15 years of executive leadership and operations experience.  Her most recent accomplishment is the successful merger of the company she co-founded and managed for 10 years, DynLink LLC, with another local Microsoft partner.  Ms. Harr grew DynLink from a 2 person company to one of the most competitive and knowledgeable Microsoft Great Plains and CRM partners in the Mid-Atlantic region.  In addition to managing DynLink’s day to day operations, Ms. Harr’s responsibilities included planning, setting corporate objectives and executing strategies, budget oversight, staff management, consulting, business development and sales account management.  Prior to co-founding DynLink, Ms. Harr held positions at The Strategis Group, where she successfully grew the firm’s wireless publications division, and at the Japanese Embassy, where she aided diplomatic missions.

Ms. Harr is a passionate supporter of public service and is an integral part of the local community.  Her contributions include Leadership Arlington (class of 2010), Rotary Club of Arlington – of which she served as president and is a current board member, board member of the Arlington Rotary Education Foundation, and chair of the community service committee for the PTA at her oldest son’s elementary school.

Ms. Harr holds an M.I.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a B.A. in East Asian Studies and French from the University of Missouri.  She is proficient in both Japanese and French.
