Ms. Mininger is a senior professional with consistent success aligning growth efforts with strategic goals of an organization and a proven expertise in designing and implementing supportive programs. She has a strong proficiency with understanding the needs of an organization that operates in multiple locations with a variety of service offerings. She has an ability to build consensus at the Board level and implement enterprise changes. Her 14 years experience with C-Level executives in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial environments has aided associations and non-profits, as well as IT & business services organizations. She applies proven practices for projecting trends in order to make proactive development decisions and mapping appropriate and cost-effective solutions to client needs. To maintain a competitive edge for short- and long-term results, she strikes a balance between astute planning and aggressive action with temperature checks throughout project implementations. Ms. Mininger is an active council member ASAE & The Center’s
Communications Section Council (CSC) and current Chair of the CSC’s
Community Work Group. She has also acted as an ASAE Faculty for online
training courses while regularly contributing to ASAE’s Knowledge
Center. Past chair positions include: Marketing Directors Mentor Committee
Chair IGAF; Marketing Conference Committee Chair, IGAF; International
Chair of the Marketing Sales Committee, Fiducial; International Chair
of the Convention Committee, Fiducial. She is a member of ASAE, BPW-USA,
PMI, Association of Women in Communication, National Association of
Female Executives, and the Anne Arundel Technology Council. |
