Before joining Plexus, Ms. Pflasterer worked with for-profit and educational organizations in the areas of international marketing and communications. She was a contributor on The Power of Partnership, a book which highlights best practices of organizations forming strategic partnerships using the case study method. Ms. Pflasterer is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
