Ms. Casteuble comes from a seasoned association
executive background with nearly 20 years of experience directing
trade and professional society research programs and foundation management.
She has formed and managed several association committees to collaborate
on industry research that reflects current and emerging issues in
healthcare, supply chain management and professional society disciplines.
She has directed research programs that have enlightened and informed
management decision-making in the areas of association compensation
and benefits, financial operating studies, industry benchmarking metrics,
policy and leadership management research and technology trends. She
has directed pivotal pharmaceutical supply chain research on such
topics as protocols to further secure the system and make it safer
for patients; supply chain practices to help reduce medication errors
as well as industry operating benchmarking and efficiency metrics.
Ms. Casteuble has written numerous articles, reports and white papers
on these topics and is adept at translating often complex data into
understandable concepts that can support policy positions. She has
presented findings and implications of research results to senior
executives, association members and staff of all levels. She has also
created and developed educational offerings to complement and extend
research findings such as slide presentations, key sessions at major
association meetings, background papers, executive summaries, webinars
and so forth.
Having collaborated with numerous association committees and boards,
she has also worked to establish strategic vision and develop action
plans designed to achieve planned goals.
Ms. Casteuble spent more than eight years at the American Society
of Association Executives directing and expanding the industry research
program and more than seven years at the Healthcare Distribution Management
Association as the VP of Research, most recently in the association’s
Foundation, its research complement.
She holds a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University
and a Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia.
