With over thirty years of experience working in business and education training, Vice President of Global Concepts LTD Edie Shannon has assisted businesses, educational institutions, associations and governments in designing and implementing successful strategies.
Undergraduate and graduate curricula Edie helped draft are in place in the US and several of the former Soviet states. She designed the Human Resource Management series for Ethiopia cooperatives and the Real Estate training curriculum for several of the former Soviet states, as well as acting as advisor to the MBA program at the American University of Armenia.
Edie’s background as an educator, successful businesswoman, healthcare facility manager combined with her years of experience in local, state and national associations has proved invaluable in business and association training in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Edie studied at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, the University of Rochester, New York, received her MA in Human Resource Management from Ottawa University, Phoenix, AZ, and undergraduate degree from Viterbo University in LaCrosse, WI.
She lives with her husband B. J. in Scottsdale, AZ. |
