The Plexus Consulting Group announced today that it has successfully completed a Strategic Planning and Organizational Restructuring project for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The project redesigned the Institute’s governance structure to achieve the following objectives:
  • optimize volunteer and staff resources;
  • assure appropriate support for the global profession; and
  • ensure an integrated local, regional, and international structure that facilitates the provision of exceptional leadership and service for the profession.

Upon completion of the project, Howard Johnson, IIA’s Chairman of the Board, said: "I would like to thank [the Plexus team] for participating in this effort... It was a unique experience. I appreciate [your] commitment to help The IIA keep moving forward on this important initiative to ensure we have the right organization to handle this truly global profession of internal auditing as we go into the next century."
