Plexus Begins Work for the Project Management Institute and CHADD |

The Plexus Consulting Group announced today that it has been retained by two
leading non-profit organizations to offer organizational restructuring and
strategic planning services:
Project Management
Institute www.pmi.org The Project Management Institute retained Plexus to develop "a new Organizational Architectures Plan (OAP), to help guide [the organization’s] global planning and budgeting for the 2001-2005 period." The objective of this plan is to identify appropriate options for new organizational forms for PMI Headquarters, on a global basis. CHADD has retained Plexus to provide strategic planning assistance.
