Washington, DC – 27 October 2005 - Ms. Heiðrún Ýrr Júlíusdóttir has recently been hired as the director of research at Plexus Consulting Group, LLC in Washington D.C. Before joining Plexus, Ms. Júlíusdóttir worked at the Embassy of Iceland in Washington D.C. She went to Menntaskólinn í Reykjavík in Iceland and has a B.A. in International Administration from the University of Växjö in Sweden. Plexus Consulting Group is in close cooperation with the P.R. firm KOM in Reykjavík and has e.g. conducted consulting for the Ministry of Fisheries. The owner of Plexus, Mr. Steven M. Worth has for many years worked on various projects for Icelandic constituents in Washington D.C. in collaboration with KOM. Mr. Worth first worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iceland as a consultant in the international media-division for the 1986 Summit of Reagan and Gorbachev at Höfði in Reykjavík.
