Penny Pompei has had a long and illustrious career first as a successful entrepreneur and now as a leading association executive. After taking the helm of the National Women’s Business Center in January 2004, the organization broadened its reach to serve business owners at all stages of business development. Her leadership established the National Women’s Business Center as the preeminent training and support resource for entrepreneurs at every stage of business growth.

More recently, Ms. Pompei has directed her energies and entrepreneurial management talents to the non-profit community after serving for many years on the Board of Directors of numerous trade and non-profit associations. Recognized for her achievements and astute business sense, she has been recruited more than once to reorganize non-profit entities.
