the People’s Republic of China |

Washington, D.C. – December 1, 2006 Plexus Consulting Group has signed an agreement with a Beijing and Shanghai-based consultant to provide in-country marketing, administrative, and representative services for associations seeking a presence in this fast growing market. Plexus Consulting Group welcomes Liang Zhang (Riley) of Shanghai and Beijing as a senior advisor. Riley has worked for the Association of Manufacturing Technology, Shanghai Airline’s International Marketing Department, Australian Industrial Trade Supplies Shanghai Office, and the Star Professional Program Beijing Head Office. As the chief representative with Australian Industrial Trade Supplies, he recruited and maintained suppliers, planned, organized, directed and controlled functions related to the procurement function and oversaw all functions that related to these activities. While working for the Shanghai airline’s International Marketing Department, Riley arranged several foreign diplomatic delegations visits to Shanghai. In addition he successfully organized the consulting delegation of the non-profit group, People-to-People in order to expand their reach into the Chinese market. He supervises operational and logistic issues related to this program. Riley developed and organized a US- China Social Work Forum and the US – China Educational Forum. He is a fluent speaker of Chinese, both Mandarin and Shanghai dialects, and is proficient in Japanese. “We are very happy to add such a capable professional to our consultant
