Washington, D.C. – June 29, 2006 Plexus Consulting Group’s clients gave the firm an overall performance rating of 93% on areas relating to: reliability; cost; delivery/timeliness; quality; business relations; personnel; customer support; and responsiveness. This confidential survey was done by Open Ratings, a research subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet. The performance review was conducted as a part of the application process organized by the US Government’s General Services Administration (GSA) for listing Plexus Consulting Group as an approved supplier to the US Government. “This high approval rating in all these key areas of measurement is very satisfying and confirms our impression that our clients have been and remain very satisfied with the services they receive from Plexus. While the survey was conducted on a confidential basis, we do know that all the clients who participated were from trade associations, professional societies, and foundations—our core nonprofit bases on which the firm was founded,” said Plexus President Steven Worth.
