Plexus Consulting Group, LLC as part of a team lead by BearingPoint won the bid to work for USAID-Jordan on the Sustainable Achievement of Business Expansion and Quality (SABEQ) program. SABEQ will provide professional, administrative, and management support services to the economy of Jordan.

This program received a grant of more than $69 million over five years from the United States Government to develop small-medium sized businesses and attract local and foreign direct investment. The ultimate goal of SABEQ is to enhance Jordan's competitiveness in global markets, increase the number of jobs available for Jordanians in the economy and deepen the public center reform process.

Plexus Consulting Group’s specific function within SABEQ is Association Building, Business Association Development and Policy, and Certification and Accreditation.
