Leadership Retreat
Most strategic plans are developed in a two day leadership retreat. For larger organizations, or those that anticipate changes in mission, governance or structure, ongoing consultation before and after the retreat is recommended. During the retreat, you can count on the Plexus team to stimulate discussion, pinpoint the issues, foster the best ideas, and facilitate decision-making. After the retreat, your organization will receive a detailed report summarizing the strategic plan and the objectives agreed upon by the participants.
