Plexus staff were chosen by USAID
to design and implement training programs for
small- and medium-enterprise (SME) trade association
executives in Bosnia-Herzegovina. The consultants
designed a course on small business association
development and advocacy; facilitated an interactive,
two-week workshop that combined coursework (case
studies, presentations, textbook learning) with
interactive and hands-on group discussions,
activities and role-play. Association experts
facilitated each session, encouraging participants
to ask questions and to direct the discussions
according to their specific needs.
